Our Mission

Our mission is to deliver the highest quality of guest services with a sense of warmth, friendliness, pride, and spirit while exceeding the expectations of our shareholders, associates and guests. Our vision is to invest in, develop and operate only premium mid-upper to upper scale limited, extended-stay and full-service hotels.

The guest may not always be right, but the guest is never wrong.

Our History

Nimbus Hospitality Principals have 25+ years of practical experience in development, renovations and operations working alongside world-class brands by Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, Choice, Accor and currently Marriott to develop award-winning properties.

Simply because something has always been done one way does not mean a better way does not exist.

Our associates are the lifeblood to guest satisfaction. As a result, we treat each associate with the utmost respect and set distinct expectations for our mutual growth. Our annual Associate Opinion Survey measures associate satisfaction and allows us to continually improve in order to attract the best associates in the industry!

Guest Satisfaction

In the age of online reviews and social media, it is incumbent upon us to provide our guests with the best hospitality experience possible. Guest Satisfaction using both guest feedback and our ability to not only meet, but exceed, brand standards in all categories. After all, the greatest compliment a guest can pay us is to return.

Profitability

Our partners and investors expect and deserve a return on their investment. It is our responsibility as operators to maximize revenue opportunities and control expenditures without compromising brand and corporate standards. We never compromise quality in an effort to save money. We always look to expand our client base to increase revenues and improve our bottom line. We help by reducing waste in all areas and help to conserve water, electricity and gas.

Transparency

We communicate with our investors, associates and business partners in an honest and open basis. We are equally comfortable sharing good and bad news and operate all Nimbus properties at the highest of ethical standards. We never place our partners or associates in a position to compromise their or ourvalues.

We firmly believe accountability is owning the results through responsibility and individual empowerment.

Community Involvement
